The products mentioned on our social media channels are either purchased or sent by makeup or skincare companies to use for entry consideration for The Attracta Beauty Awards. All the products that are listed within The Attracta Beauty Award pages have all been tested and judged by the Attracta Beauty Judges as part of the process to arrive at the Winners each year.

They are listed for information to the brands who have entered the beauty awards each year.

Everyone’s skin is different and it is possible to be allergic to any product. Always seek expert brand advice from the makeup counters or skincare salons before any purchase, request a skin patch test first if you purchase from a specialist salon.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All logos, artwork, content, mail-outs, website and event design is the intellectual property and copyright of Attracta Courtney, Attracta Beauty Awards or the artists we work with. No distortion, cropping or changes shall be made to our artwork imagery, logos without prior notice or consultation with Attracta Beauty Awards. Any use of any content or materials on the site may violate copyright, trademark or other laws. You must not use any content of our site for commercial usage or on social media unless permission or a licence has been granted.

In order to fulfil your entry into the awards, we need to know certain information collected at the time of the entry order. Your name, title, contact details and details of your product entries. We sometimes work with Mail Chimp to carry out our marketing activities.

To protect your privacy and security we may need to verify your identity before deleting your data. Your details will not be disclosed without your consent or sold to any Third Parties.

On the entry form page - our payment method is hosted by Paypal, a leading payment provider.

A closed padlock is visible on their page and detailed on the URL address. The Attracta Beauty Awards website does not use cookies. We wish to be clear and transparent as possible regarding our data collection, security and how we use it.

Terms and Conditions:

Entered products into The Attracta Beauty Awards must be available to buy in the UK or ship to the UK.

The entry fee is a two-stage payment process. Invoices will be issued once entries has cleared.

One, two, three or four products can be entered into any of the categories listed. Different payment fees apply.

For additional product entries that exceed these numbers, payment fees can be adjusted to reflect the number of entries.

Commercial usage of ABA Seals incur an additional fee, if requested by brands. Seals can only be supplied by our providers and payment for quantities will be invoiced directly by our providers. Contact us for details.

Instant disqualification will apply if any brand or expert uses our artwork or logos to print seals.

Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted correctly and completely and the single entry fee paid for in full at the same time. Proof of the entry payment fee completion is required, before any judge's details or addresses are shared.

The decision of the judges affecting this competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

All Finalists, Highly Commended and Winners will be announced on the Attracta Beauty Awards website and linked to our social media platforms. Finalists and Highly Commended product names and experts will be listed on the relevant pages.

Winners will be listed and the winning products will be showcased only on our Winners ABA page.

Some winning product visuals maybe featured by our online media partners - this is at their discretion and their discretion only.

The Attracta Beauty Awards have no say on what winning products are finally chosen by our media partners, if they decide to feature some of the winners on their platform. Some links are used to promote merit winners.

If you provide any product or portrait photo to the Attracta Beauty Awards for showcasing on our webpages or our media partner, you confirm that you have permission from any person in the photo to do so and that you own or have the authority from the owners of the copyright in this imagery to allow us to use the images on our website and social media channels.

Please note, your confirmation will amount to any indemnity to us.

The Winners are those products that score the highest marks to get to this stage of the competition.

The top 10 Haute-Beauty Winners chosen to attend the presentation ceremony, from all the winners, are those products or experts that scored the highest overall marks within the competition according to our criteria. The top 10 Winners will be notified before July 4th to attend the Haute-Beauty presentation ceremony. A representative must be available to attend in person to collect the award. No exceptions. This information is under strict embargo until July 4th.

Finalists, Highly Commended and Winners may use our logos across all international territories for marketing, PR, point of sale and TV for the life of the product provided that the formula remains the same. The Attracta Beauty Awards reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to reject any entry at any time that it deems inappropriate.

Any sponsorship or collaboration will clearly be detailed on this website or the The Attracta Beauty Awards instagram page.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this section. Please check this page during the competition to take note of any T & C changes we made, as they are binding on you.
